CheckBox Props 추가 제안

문제점

1. Component(Element)로서 컴포넌트를 사용하는 입장에서의 event를 handle할 수 있어야되서 event 타입이 추가되어야 할것 같습니다.
2. 보통 checkbox의 e.target.checked의 값을 이용해서 값을 handle하는데요, onChange가 없어서 필요하지 않을까란 생각입니다.
3. 리엑트 컴포넌트에는 비제어 컴포넌트 기능이 있습니다. https://ko.reactjs.org/docs/uncontrolled-components.html 설계에서 제외된거면 상관없습니다.
4. test-id를 외부에서 주입할 수 있으면 합니다.

설계에 따라 다를 수 있지만, HTMLTag의 기본 컴포넌트는 위와같은 방식이 필요하다고는 생각합니다.
