Create Syllabus
In the create syllabus feature, I have conducted some testing and discovered few issues:
Users can still create a new syllabus without selecting a course.
The input field for Syllabus Name and Syllabus do not have required remarks. So I tried creating a new syllabus without inserting syllabus name and uploading a file. But the system states that the fields need to be filled once I click the create button.
Create Semester
I tested creating a semester by choosing the end date smaller than the start date and it is possible. I think it would be better if:
The datepicker for start and end date has validation where the date can only be chosen starting from the current day the system being accessed by administrator.
Create Routine
The select Section and Course have required remarks but I can still create a new routine without selecting any option.
Suggestion
Create Routine
I would like to suggest the input field for start and end time to be changed from input fields to timepicker as it would be easier for user to select time.

Great for you thorough investigation. Due to time and monetary limitations I could not improve those features. Pull Request with suggested changes is appreciated.
