Consider using services.swpc.noaa.gov products as primary inputs for ACE and GOES #7

MTA appears to be grabbing ACE and GOES data from the SEC ftp server. Around 2015-10-05 1605z the FTP products became stale for a time whereas the SWPC products below were still being updated:

I will take a look. I am not sure if one feed is intended to be more
stable.
