Disable animation without change #24

I just checked the widget and there are 4 things I noticed:

The widget animates without changing on first usage (without tapping)
The widget is much too big (and cannot be changed yet)
1.0.1 depends on intl 0.18.0 which breaks my build (and I cannot fix it)
There are 4 required listeners, but I just care about the switch

I know multiple topics for one ticket. Take the other 3 as feedback.
