Why is there a link in the description that leads to a virus website?

When you go there a popup appears saying you have a virus and a computer voice speaks a warning message. Can someone please take this link out of the description?

The Stackoverflow Answer I discovered this repo on reccomends using https://github.com/Rambomst/PHP-Bounce-Handler instead of the broken link in the description.

The domain in the description is currently down which is probably better than hacked.
