Project Tree View don't work Redmine 2.2.3

I use your plugin (Project Tree View) in Redmine 2.2.3, but it don't work.

Project_view is just for the projects overview if you click on Projects in the upper left corner of your screen.

Can you guide more ? I don't see anything in the upper left corner of screen.

The show.html.erb is missing in newer versions of this plugin. That's why the subproject tree view do not occure anymore.

I added a show.html.erb to be able to use this plugin also on sub projects:

I'm not found file "show.html.erb" in repo, please commit it.
