When writing a lengthy post the whole post is put into index.html, sometimes not desirable.
Can there be just an option not to put a post not into index.html? E.g.
bb.sh -n(oindex) post (write long post, bb only creates .html but does not link to in index.html)
bb.sh post (write the teaser, manually insert link to previously written post)
Another nice to have would be a discard option on exit from $EDITOR, sometimes some data or inspiration is missing, currently one needs to manually delete empty post.
