Upload proviral data into the database

The data generated by the proviral pipeline should also be uploaded into QAI. Specifically, users would like the following outputs to be available in the database:

• table precursor
• outcome summary
• the csv file which is used as an input for the proviral landscapes plot (Tool for plotting proviral landscapes #16)

This is linked to cfe-lab/MiCall#886 - we will have to update MiCall to upload these outputs into QAI.
