For Error:
/opt/ros/noetic/lib/nodelet/nodelet: symbol lookup error: /home/autoronto/ros1_drivers/devel/lib//libcepton_ros.so: undefined symbol: _ZN4Json5ValueC1ENS_9ValueTypeE

Introduced by CMakeLists not correctly linking jsoncpp
