This is a Mathspring class option. It is tuned on from the Research Tool by the experment admin person.

Language translation is available for 3 categories of text

Problem content iselection by language (includes topic text)
Mathspring text selected by a 'Change Language' buttton on selected pages, Mathspring_new.jsp, dashboard_new.jsp and myprogress_new.jsp. Also includes text used in interventions
Learning Companion content selected at login time, and also from Practice Area from a dropdown
