What would be a good link to redirect to, given that all should be the same except for the language of the browser?

If you just want to link into Mathspring.org, the url s/b

So, if they have already set there browser to Spanish, they should be all set to go right in and use it. The welcome page should be written to use the locale.

If the browser is not set to Spanish, we can provide a Spanish Button, which ignores the browser and goes to a the Spanish Version of the Welcome page but the Portal Login buttons, and a message instructs about setting the browser.
