See email from 10/22/21 from Tom, title "Problems with no answer hints"

I sent a list of problems to locate those without answer hints, but found additional issues.

There are anomalies in the FORM field. Some have an integer in that field, and two are blank in that field. The expected is "quickauth" or "normal" [which is not really normal!].
What is that field used for? Should this be cleaned up? For the anomalies, not sure how to tell whether they should be "quickauth" or "normal" other than by creation dates.
