This is necessary whether we use protodanksharding or use EigenDA.

Output: 1-pager summarizing findings, particularly in response to the following questions:

How long does Protodanksharding require nodes to keep data? Is this configurable?
What is Optimism planning to do around this?
What are potential solutions for accessing older data than is required to be stored?
What are new assumptions that we will need to keep in mind w.r.t. other parts of the L2 node/design?
