Deploy Optimism v2 Contracts to Cevmos #30

We want to have a permissionless unrestricted EVM deployed as an L3 on top of Cevmos (which is itself on top of Celestia) as soon as possible.

The fastest path forward is to get the Optimism v2 (eg. Bedrock) code deployed on top of Cevmos.
