Database access using 32 cores

Set up the database to work on the 32 core machine. Possibly, switch to greenplum instead of postgres.

I am negotiating using this large server for out work. But the 32 core server was not meant to be used as a server.

We may be able to use this server for some experiments. But I don't think we will be allowed to use this as the main data server.
In any case, we may need to develop a nice deploy script for the DB and the website.
