Creating an account didn't wake up the bitwarden browser extension and offer the user to save the login.
What happened
On clicking "continue", bitwarden did not recognize that a user account form had just been submitted. I then manually created an entry in bitwarden to save login info
What I expected to happen
With Bitwarden browser extension installed
User goes to new account registration page on site
User fills out form includes username and password
Bitwarden auto detects a new login has been created
Prompts user to save info

The biggest challenge with this, when i use bitwardin to generate unique passwords for sites, there is a default time limit for how long that password remains in my clipboard. So its a bit of a race.
fill out form
generate password
submit form
see if bitwarden catches login
if not caught race into password vault and create manually before generated password is wiped from clipboard
Issue
I noticed this just recently going through the "Create an account" process.
