Hi there,
I am trying to issue a PR for Tekton, but the easyCLA authorization does't allowed me.

This is the PR: tektoncd/dashboard#1728

According the discussion in this PR, I guess the following CLAs are no longer used and should be changed for contributors to avoid misunderstnding.

Is this folder being planning to change? Or should someone like me try to improve the folder?
