Hi,

Chugins generated with faust2ck don't work with ChucK 1.4.0.0, but do work with ChucK 1.3.5.2.

attempt to address the issue here: https://github.com/mariobuoninfante/faust2ck
successfully tested on MacOS Sierra
Would it be ok to proceed with a PR so that this can be properly checked?

successfully tested on Ubuntu Studio 16.04.1 as well
