when click on login button in facebook

hi,

when i click on login button at that time generate error like:
1.)
invalid scopes:read_stream.this message is only shown to developers. users of your app will ignore these permissions if present.please read the document for valid permission at:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions/

2.) and when click on ok button in this error page it was redirect on success page but give alert "facebook login failed:undefine" and also get status: user_cancelled

please looking my issue and give answer for this.
