Initially suggested by @jhoblitt in #29 (comment)

We know what beaker is but we do not have experience with it. This has always been something we wanted to look into.
We have experience with rspec and with rspec-puppet.

We should definitely dedicate time to add rspec-beaker support to this module 🧑‍🎓
