Major changes: setup for any framework

In the last update, I removed the fixation on the view. Now you have a special command npm run init to set up a startup configuration for any framework.

You're not even tied to Vite and can run the interface on literally any stack.

Other changes:

• The structure has been simplified. Now all modules are less interconnected and self-sufficient.
• Simplified the configuration. Got rid of obscure parameters and replaced them with default behavior.
• Got rid of several dependencies. Implemented their functions using the native features of the platform.
• Simplified testing. Instead of two test runners, there is now only one. Added new tests to cover rare scenarios.
• Testing is now run not on the source code but on the final, already compiled application.
• Locking on npm is now a little weaker and switching to another package manager should be faster
• Improved CI processes. Now they are less complicated and straightforward: preparation-test-release.
• Removed letterers and formatters. Now that the whole project is a set of self-contained packages, setting up a liner for each of them is trivial, so I don't see the need to keep them in this template anymore.
• Auto-updating of dependencies now uses the dependabot gitHub.
• Improved documentation. Since the project structure is now less confusing, the documentation does not have to explain all the details.
