XBOX One Controller detected but not responding

Plugged it in, configured the controls for it, even went ahead and modified the display icon on it, but it will not respond to any inputs made. Using the latest build of Atmosphere and Hekate, even then, I was also on the last few builds from there when I was testing it. Same issue then, same issue now. Controller is on an infinite green blinking of hell. Nothing's wrong with the controller either as it responded just fine when plugged in to my laptop with no issues. It's a third party controller, but it is still being detected as an XBOX One controller and functions as so appropriately
