There is an issue with H5P content where the embed title is being displayed in Moodle 4.1. This is causing embed content to cut off.

I've tried adding $PAGE->activityheader->disable(); to https://github.com/catalyst/moodle-mod_hvp/blob/stable/embed.php#L89 which removes the activity header from embeds, but I'm having trouble testing this fix locally.
