When adding the list of env's to the profile menu, include the current env

• include the current env so that the menu doesn't change as you toggle around envs
• Also high light it in some way, either an icon or a menu class
• look into either css truncation (or php level truncation worst case) for long env names (see also Introduce concept of shortcode vs env title #132 )
• allow one or more production urls to also be in the list of envs. If our env's prod url has already been shown then don't repeat it. This lets us name our prod url rather than having it just 'PROD'
