Currently, the only way to load multiple modules into dagster is using the dagster-webserver command. I requested the ability to load multiple modules by specifying them in the pyproject.toml file a couple of years ago and looks like it's about to be added!

Once this is in a dagster release we can update our pyproject.toml file and dagster make command.
