Production: framework Degree Qualification Profile (DQP) has broadalignment and exactAlignment that don't show in competency editor

Competency: Civic and Global Learning
On export of the framework, the latter competency includes a broadAlignment for a competency that doesn't exist in the registry.

However, I cannot remove it as it doesn't show in the competency editor.
As well there is an exactAlignment in the export which also cannot be seen in the competency editor and is invalid.

The broadAlignment has been removed, somehow it ended up as a property on the competency itself rather than part of a relation with the other alignments.

As for the exactAlignment, these are coming from a 'sameAs' property on each competency and seem to correspond to the ids from the original DQP framework. Do you know how this framework got into the system? I can investigate where the property came from if so.
