Jeff Grann and Scarlett have separately reported issues while trying to publish a framework originally imported from IMS Case.
The issue is that the publisher URL and publisher name are not assigned as part of the import. The latter are required for publishing, so the publish attempts fail.
Shouldn't the latter be assigned in the same way when a new framework is added?
Also, the Creatorproperty had text instead of a URL.

The steps to reproduce this are to Import a framework from Remote Server using CASE Endpoint, when a framework is selected and imported the publisherName is not being assigned.
In the Json file the PublisherName is shown as Publisher, So we disucssed to use the Publisher as PublisherName.
