On sandbox:

  1. Go to the "manage competency frameworks" page
  2. Select organization
  3. Try to create new competency framework
  4. Only enter a name (no description)
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the modal window
  6. Click "Done"

Nothing happens - It wasn't until I scrolled back up that I noticed I hadn't entered a description and was able to see the text telling me I needed to do so.

@siuc-nate @woodkri is this an issue in all environments or only on staging? All testing is occuring on staging at this point.

I ran into this on staging as well, but in a concept scheme editor window with the "publication status type" property. My modal window was scrolled to the top so I could see name/description, but I couldn't see that property, so the "done" and "add new" buttons appearing/disappearing/etc while I was trying to click "done" was puzzling.
