I tried to install CaSS on our new staging server: 168.61.177.107 and Java was not installed. Per Fritz, the Java SE should be replace by OpenJDK

Changed jdk8 to openjdk. Undergoing review by chocolatey.
We have dependencies that currently fail due to the Oracle Java "event". We depend on elasticsearch, which depends on server-jre8, which is failing.

@Lomilar Can we do a workaround to get the CaSS environment running on the staging server? Especlally with St. Louis looming.
