Fix GitHub Pages formating

Problem:
Some pages display the code block incorrectly. Mostly seen on the yaml and Environmental Yaml page.

Goal:
Update the pages to show the code block correctly.

When creating the page, we use the same convention to show a code block but it does not view the same on the GitHub page.
This is how it should look.

But this is how some code blocks look. This is what we need fixed.
