A request from the Bioc RNA-seq lesson development meeting we're having now, @tobyhodges suggested adding here.
It would be nice to be able to generate all code blocks from a lesson i.e. minus the text, to make it easier for learners to see/follow the code.

This is related to #44

The question is: what form should this collection take? The options I'm thinking:

  1. an extra HTML page like the all in one page that just contains headings and code blocks across episodes
  2. a downloadable script file that contains the code blocks and headings for all episodes (implementation pending in Enable handouts without using knitr::purl() pegboard#101).

Would it be possible to have both?

  1. for anyone viewing the lesson website to see just the code nicely rendered in one place
  2. for those people who want to download a file to try running the code in R.

Or would that be too much work ?

If so, personally I'd lean towards 2 as I think it could be very useful if learners are falling behind in a workshop and want to run the code to catch up but I can raise this at our next meeting to see what our group thinks.
