I'm working on an update to the Intro to Diffusion episode (1). Here's an initial render of it: http://www.nipreps.org/nipreps-book/dwi/02-intro_dmri.html

Still needs more work but what I'd really like to include is:

  • add an overview of different acquisition schemes (single-shell, multi-shell, DSI)
  • introduce bvec orientation, elude to how it could affect tractography
  • show metadata in the .json file that would be important for pre-processing (some of this is also discussed in the Preprocessing episode but maybe we could also introduce it here)
