Hi, I am using Carla 0.9.13.
I installed it by package installation.
I want to modify files in this directory. ~/carla/Plugins/carlaviz/backend/third_party/LibCarla/source/carla/trafficmanager
and my CarlaUE4.sh is in the ~/carla/
To apply modifications I have to recompile. So I referd this link carla build system
In this link it says make LibCarla to recompile
But I don't have the makefile in my carla directory
