CarlaUE4Editor compilation issue

Hi.
I am following "Windows build" instructions. I have checked out and compiled UE4.26, and checked out carla dev branch.
I have VS 2022, which I have managed to use to compile PythonAPI with some effort.

Now I have issues compiling the editor. It seems an include subdirectory isn't found in the includepath:

Tampering with DefaultBuildSettings etc. gives me different errors, but not knowing much about the whole toolchain, I'm not sure it would be an improvement.

Answering my own question: the reason was that "LibCarla server" target was not being built because of my own cowboy edits to the .bat.
