The 1tm worksheet is a revolutionary way to improve concentration and reduce distraction on your most important tasks. You could use this on a day you were working on a writing assignment, prepping your resume, rehearsing interviews, working on your portfolio, any task that is important to you and that needs doing. This gig is to use the worksheet to complete a task, and then answer the following questions.

  1. How had this task been frustrating for you?
  2. What was it like using the worksheet to complete your task?
  3. How did you feel after using the worksheet?

Your case study will be used across all media channels (youtube, tiktok, podcast, ads, twitter, pinterest, etc.....) and is a great start to an influencer path.

For a limited time until we get enough case studies, this is paid gig.

We are looking for multiple individuals to complete this gig for themselves.
