This repo now has all the wiring in place to create 5 data layers (biomass, fire, drought, insects, biophysical) for the CONUS study domain. We now need to replicate this process for the Alaska domain. What steps are we missing to make that happen?

FIA (biomass/drought/insects)

@freeman-lab and @badgley - what FIA munging is left to do?

Fire

I need to reprocess the monthly fire perimeters for Alaska. I will do this today. It should be quite straightforward. Open issue here: carbonplan/data#42

Climate

  1. Regrid Terraclimate to Alaska domain (Add Alaska domain of Terraclimate dataset data#43)
  2. Regrid CMIP data to Alaska domain
  3. Bias correct CMIP data
  4. Calc derived variables in CMIP and Terraclimate datasets
