For this first sprint, take some time to explore the PAL and Carbon as a whole.

• Review Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This standardizes the process to take a component or pattern to "done."
• Check out the Component checklist. This defines what "done" means for a component or pattern. From code to docs to design kit in Figma.
• Get a little familiar with our Project board. We use this to track issues.
• Check out the Figma kit for Carbon for IBM Products.
• Get to the know the team! See if you can set up a coffee chat with a designer, dev, or PM ☕
