Create test / example application

If we want to pursue a test application, could create sample projects but would create maintenance overhead.
Can be useful to have the CodeSandboxes.

Could be a way to test tree shaking and also ensure that we don’t cause any broken builds from changes.

Test application would want to have examples of all our components and patterns.

💡 Could add a page in Storybook or GitHub with examples of components in use then promote a few.

Integration testing could help us test against broken builds from changes.
Could test against the latest commit in main.

Working with @paul-balchin-ibm and @davidmenendez to investigate #3959 and definitely feel like we should have a test application for us evaluate issues more swiftly.

Can probably leverage @matthewgallo’s starter templates ... but still need to determine whether we want examples for people to quickly spin up or just to have as testing / convenience for issues.
