Interest in submitting guidelines around Error Message best practices

Hello! I am a UX designer on the Workflows (a CPD feature) team. Last year my team worked on a new initiative to improve overall error messaging. We connected with a wide team of developers, content designers and tech support leads, and had multiple shareouts to teams to inform designers of some best guidelines.

We worked closely with a content designer to establish some strong 'Best Practices' documentation, and we'd like to propose these artifacts to be adopted into the PAL Carbon patterns to help create successful error messages for users.

I'd like to learn what next steps we can take to propose this content to the PAL site.
Currently there is a section within PAL / Patterns / Notifications - Related that is called out as future, so I wonder if this might be a relevant space for it.

Please let me know if we can follow this message up with a call in the new year.
