This issue comes from the #323 ticket where we have a root page (labs.carbondesignsystem.com) where there are two buttons for Web Components Storybook and React Storybook

Plan is to add

  • purpose of Carbon Labs
  • a guide on this root page on how to contribute to Carbon Labs
