[TableCustomizationModal] The user cannot Select/Unselect all options in the Available columns area

Summary

The user cannot select/unselect all options in the Available columns area of the TableCustomizationModal modal.
The user has to uncheck all selections if they wish to start over manually.

There should be a "Select all" checkbox option at the top of the list in the Available columns area so that the user can select or deselect all options.

This is no more a valid enhancement request from ELM team perspective.
Note from design team:
Looked at the guideline for customize columns and there is no reference to Select all. https://pages.github.ibm.com/ai-applications/design/components/datatable/column-customization/usage
The expectation is that users will not select all but individual items. Many items are already selected by default, therefore there are not many items to individually select if they do want to select all.
Therefore, this is working as designed.
