[Checkbox] Modifying the color of the checkboxes per row (including its nested ones)

Summary

I'd like to be able to change the color of each parent row's checkbox (along with its nested rows' checkboxes) to be the same color. Currently this is not possible since

• The table does not provide a flag for each row along with its nested rows to indicate which nested row belongs to which parent
• the data-parent-row is true on nested child rows as well

Specific timeline issues / requests

It's related to an upcoming release, it's crucial to be implemented soon.

This is the use case I need to implement.
