[BarChartCard] horizontal bar chart bars are not displaying full stack of values

Describe the bug

create a stacked barchart card with one horizontal and one vertical alignment

Use the same data for both cards.

Ideally, the horizontal card X axis must be similar to the verticle bar chart Y axis.

I will need to look into this but I would assume this would be a Carbon Charts issue
