Writers submit work for editing, pay a set amount of money for the size of their document.

Editors receive work through a queue, get paid for whatever they finish.

All user's have equal access to both writing and editing.

Base pay-ins on tokens, give free tokens on sign-up, social-share, and usage-time. Offer more tokens for money.

Tokens get traded between users for editing services. Token pay-outs incorporate a very small rake for the site.

Will need to balance the token-handout, token-payout, and rake to make sure people can't setup fake accounts to time-mine for tokens and pay themselves through fake editor accounts. Vet users before giving them access to the edit queue. Only allow vetted users to cash out tokens.
