In version 0.8.0 tabEnableDrag: false, tabSetEnableDrag: false does not work.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

Using the examples demo example, modifying the JOSN file to add tabEnableDrag: false, tabSetEnableDrag: false to the global doesn't do anything.

Expected behavior

Cannot Drag when set tabEnableDrag: false or tabSetEnableDrag: false
