We are providing the project "as is" and distribute it from github.
Other distribution channels like Ubuntu, Fedora, SuSE, Apple, Windows etc. are done by the corresponding communities members. Because we are a small team of people we cannot provide support for all platforms directly.

As such we welcome anyone who wants to distribute Canorus on the windows app store.
Builds can be done via github.

The README file has the build "compilation" instructions. I currently don't remember if I have ever done a windows build.
Maybe we can provide a nightly build from develop branch.
@matevz do you know how to create windows builds on github?

When I checked a few years ago, the biggest issue was finding a dockerized windows Qt development environment (due to licensing issues?). So I prepared an image myself, but never got time to integrate it with github for nightly builds: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/canorus/buildenv-windows/general
