Ignore standard interface in XML #375

When generating code from XML we should ignore any standard interfaces (e.g. org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties) as these are automatically provided. The interfaces should be validated though.

It seems unlikely for these to be in the XML if it has been written, but it is present in the introspection data from an existing service.
