Add docs on setting a component’s view model with this:from="xyz"

As far as I can tell, we support (but haven’t documented) setting a component’s view model with this:from="xyz". We should also document this:bind and this:to, and cover the “gotcha” mentioned in this issue (that only serialized properties are set).
