deFuse: Check the defuse config file is compatible with the referene and gene build

The defuse.pl accepts reference build, gene build and a defuse config file as inputs.
Currently the script assuems the reference data has been set up correctly so if a valid defuse config file is given and the associated reference data is present, the defuse pipeline will run without giving an error. There is no check however that the config is the same reference build as the normal fusion data so the filtering step would effectively be skipped and the user might unaware which reference build version was actually used.
Should do a basic check on the defuse config file to see if it's the same build as the user paremeter --referencebuild
