Error in CATS2 NameIdManagement metadata requirements #24

Section 2.4.4 of CATS 2 states "... IDPs MUST add a
element to their IDPSSODescriptor in the IDP’s Metadata."

This is incorrect. It should be SPs that add this to their SPSSODescriptor.
